3 . What is virtual skill transfer?

Digital data broadcasting and distance business transactions (tele-conferencing) including distance learning, are among the most cost-effective options that could be used in this type of skills transfer. Virtual/tele-work or satellite based information technology systems have significantly reduced the heavy costs of physical presence, including relocation time, travel, boarding and lodging expenses. Goods are delivered through tele-shopping. Services such as banking, legal, medical, etc. are provided without physical presence.
